Directed by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns, The Flash is an American action television series which airs on The CW. The series is based on the character of Barry Allen/ Flash from the DC Comics. The character of Flash is a spinoff from Arrow and exists in the same fictional universe. We see Flash as a costumed crimefighter who has the ability to move at superhuman speeds.
The Flash Season 7: Release Date
After the previous six seasons, the series has been renewed for another season which was disclosed in January 2020. The production of the series began in October and it is all set to premiere in 23rd February, 2021 on The CW. Warner Bros. Television, Berlanti Productions and DC entertainment is producing the season.
Several posters of the Arrow- verse superheroes wearing masks, including Flash were released by The CW in early August 2020. This marketing technique promoted the caption of ‘Real heroes wear Masks’ to raise public awareness regarding facial coverings to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
The Flash Season 7:Plot
In the upcoming season we expect to see Barry looking for a way to locate his missing wife Iris West-Allen along with attempting to stop Eva McCulloch. As the sixth season ended prematurely because of Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, the last 3 remaining episodes of the sixth season will be the opening episodes of the seventh season. At San Diego Comic-Con 2019, it was hinted by Grant Gustin that this might be the final season as no actor has been contracted beyond the seventh season.
The Flash Season 7:Cast
At the beginning of season six we saw how Barry was told by The Monitor that Flash’s death was necessary to save life of billions. However it was John Wesley Shipp’s version of the speedster who dies in place of Flash. So, here is a list of the cast members whom we are expecting to return for the seventh season.
