HBO and HBO Max chief contents officer disclosed that Succession Season 3 will be released sometime this fall. succession was first shown in 2018 and then followed up with more. The exploits of the super-wealthy Roy Family Waystar Royco are owned by Jeremy Strong and Kendall Roy. The first season portrayed Kendall Roy (Jeremy Strong), who tried to wrest control from Logan his father. He was showing signs of aging and a diminished ability to manage the company’s growth. Kendall’s failed attempt to take over the company ends in him becoming his father’s lapdog. Logan saved him from being named as someone of interest in the deaths of his sister.
Succession season2 saw the series expand in exciting new directions. The critical reception has increased in equal measure. The second season saw Succession earn several highly-coveted Emmys, including Outstanding Drama Series. Succession season 2 was aired in October 2019, and its finale featured Kendall Roy, who will be taking the blame for Waystar Royco’s cover-up. Viewers have been eagerly anticipating the series’ return since then. But, due to pandemic delays, production was delayed.
The Wrap now reports that Casey Bloys confirmed that Succession’s third season will be released sometime this fall. Bloys has not given a specific date for the return of Succession.
Both previous seasons Succession premiered during the summer. The first season debuted in June 2018 and the sequel in August 2018. As Succession season 3 starts filming in November 2020 the show should be closing down production, if not yet complete. Late fall seems like the best time to premiere the highly anticipated season.

Adrien Brody Alexander Skarsgard Hope Davis and Hope Davis were all added to the new season. These stars will combine with the drama that is anticipated to make for an exciting return. When Succession If season 3 does air, it looks like the Roys are at the center of all-out war. As the family fights for control of Waystar Royco, Kendall and Logan must choose. If the new season is anything similar to the previous, HBO’s critical darling will likely dominate the 2021 conversation and win even more awards season glory.
