A shojo/shoujo anime adaptation of Sailor Moon manga series by Naoko Takeuchi. ‘Sailor Moon Crystal’ (or ‘Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal) is about Usagi Tsukino, a socially awkward teenager who gains unimaginable powers after encountering a talking cat. The show was created by Yuji Kojibayashi and premiered on July 5, 2014. The shoujo anime’s third season was also praised for its animation and character. Its first two seasons were criticized for their lackluster storytelling and fast pace.

Sailor Moon Crystal Season 4 Release Date
The third season of ‘Sailor Moon Crystal,’ was released on April 4, 2016, on Hulu and Crunchyroll. It concluded on June 27, 2016, after a thirteen-episode run. The shoujo anime in Japan was released on the earlier mentioned dates on Tokyo MX.
Here’s what we know about season 4 of this series. Fans received information about the possibility of a sequel to the series’ first three seasons in just two Seasons on Sailor Moon’s anniversary website in 2017. Later, however, it was revealed that a two-part anime movie project was in the works. It will be based upon Naoko Takeuchi’s manga Dream arc.
Fans had to wait a while after the announcements before the first part of the two-part film were released theatrically in Japan on January 8, 2021 (after many COVID-19 delays). The second part of “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie” premiered in East Asia just a month later on February 11, 2021. Unfortunately, season 4 has not been updated by any of the production companies involved in ‘Sailor Moon Crystal’. The adaptation of the Sailor Stars story arc (the manga’s last story arc) is still in progress, so the series will likely return. Sailor Galaxia doesn’t seem to be bothered by Sailor Guardians or Sailor Starlights. She is obsessed with her quest to find the most powerful Sailor Crystal, which would give her extraordinary powers and make her invincible. She has other plans. Galaxia will have something more sinister for the world once she has conquered the galaxy.
