During the recent WWE Backstage broadcast on FS1 with the return of Renee Young to WWE, accompanied by Booker T and Paige, they announced that Randy Orton and Edge will be the first two wrestlers to enter the Royal Rumble.
At the end of the program, Renee Young was in charge of announcing that Randy Orton would be the first WWE Superstar to enter the Royal Rumble and Edge would be the one to come out in second place, so both will start the match.
Currently, they have confirmed 21 superstars for the Men’s Royal Rumble match, so there are still about 9 more fighters to be revealed for the match.

During the show, the analysts reviewed the entire Royal Rumble card, and Renee Young, Paige, and Booker T gave their predictions of the winners of each of the matches as well as their favorite moments that have occurred in the PPV. WWE superstars like Xavier Woods, Ember Moon, and Mark Henry also participated to choose their best memory of a Royal Rumble.
WWE Backstage was canceled in June of last year after FOX Sports made several cuts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tonight’s show aired at FOX Sports studios in Los Angeles.
