Why does IIS say "The HTTP Filter DLL C:jakarta-tomcatbiniisisapi_redirect.dll failed to load."? How can I fix this?

There are some data that must have been incorrectly edited in the registry as the path to the isapi dll filter, the one to the file called uriworkermap.properties, or so on.
