We are now in summer 2021 and learning more about Ozark season 4. It looked for Ozark season 4 on Netflix. But, due to the COVID-19 pandemic production was severely delayed.
After the conclusion of season 3, Ozark season 4 is what fans of the hit Netflix series are thinking about. The third season was a huge success and the best so far. It ended with a bang! Below are some spoilers about Ozark season 3. Before you read, make sure that you have completed the entire season.
Ozark season 4, it’s clear, is one of the most expected new Netflix shows.

Release Date
Everybody is curious when Ozark season 4 will be released on Netflix. While we don’t yet know the release date of Ozark season 4, we do have an idea when it will be available on Netflix.
Season 4 of Ozark will begin production in November 2020. The season will be released on Netflix after production is complete. All things being equal, the premiere of the new season will be in October or November 2021.
Due to the pandemic in 2021 and the new Netflix shows, there are a possibility that Ozark season 4 may be delayed until 2022. Although we don’t believe that will happen, we are bracing for the worst.
Part 1 of the renewal news will be released in 2021 at the latest. We expect Ozark season 4, part 1, to premiere in fall 2021. Maybe even late fall.
The second half of Ozark season 4 could premiere in late 2021. It is possible that the season will be released as soon as fall 2022. Emmy’s reasons are not the reason I think this will happen. Ozark wins Emmys every year, and Netflix may be stacking up the last season of dominance at the Emmys for the second consecutive year.
The show will not be eligible for the Emmys 2021, but it could still qualify for the Emmys 2022 or 2023 if the first season of the fourth season is released prior to May 2022, and the second part is released between June 2022-2023.
This is what I expect for season 3. The Ozark Season 4 premiere will be in late 2021, or early 2022. It will then be followed by the second half of the series and its finale in either summer or fall 2022.
Cast
Netflix confirmed the Ozark season four cast. Jason Bateman and Laura Linney will be returning for season 4 along with Charlie Tahan and Jessica Frances Dukes, John Bedford Lloyd, John Emery, Joseph Sikora, and Skylar Gaertner.
That Damian Young (Jim), and Felix Solis (Navarro), have been promoted to series regulars in season 4. Alfonso Herrera, Adam Rothenberg and others have been added to the series regulars for season 4. Herrera portrays a member of Navarro’s family who is vying for the top spot. Rothenberg plays a fresh-faced PI.
Bruno Bichir, CC Castillo and Katrina Lenk are now part of the season 4 cast for recurring roles.
Veronica Falcon, Queen of the South, and Ali Stroker were cast in Ozark season 4.
This is a lot of new faces for Ozark season 4. You’d be wrong if you thought they would go all out for the final season.
Trailer
Netflix has yet to share a trailer for Ozark Season 4. We are hopeful that the trailer will be released in the coming months. There is so much riding on the final season that Netflix will promote it as soon as possible.
Netflix had already announced the Money Heist Season 5 release date some months before its arrival.
