Money Heist season five took a while to be approved for production, but there was no doubt that it would succeed. The series did not move from the top 10 Netflix shows last week, even though it was still in the top 10. Netflix tends to cut series and leave fans with unfinished stories. But this time we have a completed story.
Money Heist Season 5 cast
Netflix confirmed the casting of Money Heist season 5. The new season features Ursula Corbero’s Tokio and Alvaro Morte’s El Profesor.
Itziar Ituno (Migue Herran), Jaime Lorente. Esther Acebo. Darko Peric. Enrique Arce is also returning for season 5.
Alba Flores’s character Nairobi’s death was a momentous one in the international series. She also stated that her Money Heist days are over according to Money Heist: The Phenon.

Fans can also look forward to seeing new characters in the mix. We will be watching closely to see what happens to our favorite characters.
Money Heist Season 5 plot
Season 4 of Money Heist always felt like the odd man out compared with seasons 1-3. Although it did expand the narratives of the earlier chapters, season 4 had a lackluster episode format.
However, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Slower-burn episodes allow for more time to flesh out characters before diving into a heist. The Professor and the crew will be doing their best work, organized armed burglary. Season five is most likely to pick up.
Netflix published an official HTML5 synopsis following the release dates for season 5 (and its two volumes). This is pretty interesting.
“The gang has been in hiding at the Bank of Spain for over 100 hours. They managed to rescue Lisbon but now their darkest hour is upon them. Sierra has taken the Professor hostage and, for the first time, does not have an escape plan. Just when everything looks perfect, an enemy arrives on the scene. This enemy is far more powerful than any they have faced before: the army. The end is coming for the greatest heist in human history. And what began as a simple robbery will soon become a war.
For our beloved Spanish mastermind, it all sounds very overwhelming. Other stories will likely address the loose threads leftover from last season. Inspector Alicia Sierra cornered the Professor and pushed his blazer-clad back against a wall.
Lisbon and the gang now have Sergio to help them navigate their way out of the mess. Remember the bank’s gold supply. This is something the gang must continue melting down as quickly before Sergio (hopefully), defeats Inspector Sierra.
Season 4 credits can be spotted by keen-eyed observers. ‘Bella Ciao’ is playing. This is the resistance anthem. It’s a symbol and an indication of future events.
that Najwa Nimri (who plays Sierra), sings a cover of the tune. The credits before her were sung previously by Sergio and Berlin. Perhaps this is a kind of ritualistic christening.
