Directed by Zack Snyder, “ Justice League” is a superhero movie based on D.C Comics which came out in 2017. As DC’s attempt to compete against Marvel’s DC, Justice League was officially announced in 2014, to follow Man of Steel, Batman vs Superman, Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman. It is one of the most expensive movies ever made with a budget of $300 million but it suffered at box office collecting $658 million worldwide. In 2014, we were also told that Justice League Part 2 would follow on 14 June, 2019 as Snyder’s original two-part plan which got delayed.

In May 2020, Snyder officially announced the release of Justice League 2 on April 8, 2021. However, the current situation of Covid-19 Pandemic has made the situation difficult. All the production and shootings of the entertainment industry has been paused which will be resumed only after the current situation goes back to normal.

According to sources, the original Justice League plan would have been similar to the Avengers; Infinity War and Endgame where the superheroes would get defeated at first but eventually would be brought back with the assistance of time travel.

Justice League 2 would be a reboot where the previous cast could reprise their roles but the entire cast cannot be re-casted due to certain changes in the production process.

The audience is expecting the following cast in the sequel of Justice League:

  • Joe Morton as Silas Stone (Head of S.T.A.R. Lab)
  • Gal Gadot as Diana Prince (Wonder Woman)
  • Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry ( Aquaman)
  • Henry Cavill as Clark Vent (Superman)
  • Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne (Batman)
  • Ray Fisher as Victor Stone (Cyborg)
  • Ezra Miller as Barry Allen (The Flash)

Lets see if our superheroes can come to the rescue of saving this world!
