Santa Clarita Diet season 3
Victor Fresco is the creator of the TV show Santa Clarita Diet. After the cancellation of the fourth season of the show, it left fans feeling some kind of way. Big brands like Netflix do not fear anything they could just cancel any show even if that affects the fans.
They could take big decisions and their decisions do offend the fans.
So the question Is Santa Clarita Diet actually canceled by Netflix?
The short and not so sweet answer to this question is Yes. The series premiered on February 3, 2017. The first seasons consisted of 10 episodes. The show received quite the love and gained popularity and fans in no time.
Netflix announced that they renewed the series for a second season, which premiered on March 23, 2018. And then on May 8, 2018, the series was renewed for a third season which also consisted of 10 episodes and premiered on March 29, 2019.
But then due to some reasons, the series was canceled on April 26, 2019. Santa Clarita Diet creator Victor Fresco would have loved to make a fourth season of the horror-comedy to give fans “some kind of closure” but unfortunately it was not possible due to Netflix.
The last season of the show left a lot of loose ends which left the story incomplete. It showed Abby and Eric on the verge of entering into a new relationship, while a cliffhanger ending saw Sheila bite her husband Joel on the neck to turn him into a zombie in an attempt to save him from Mr. Ball Legs.
