Where can I find the specification of the WBMP image format?

Bill Day The WBMP (Wireless BitMaP) image format is specified as a part of the WAP Forum's Wireless Application Environment (WAE) specification.
The WAE specification is available for download from the WAP Forum's Specifications page, at:
www.wapforum.com/what/technical.htm
As of this writing, the latest approved version of the WAE spec was available in PDF directly from the acceptance link at the bottom of this page.
