Cobra Kai Season 4

In the Karate Kid franchise, a phrase we hear often is”Cobra Kai Never Die.” Plus it feels like Cobra Kai, that the 34-years-later sequel series that was a hit on YouTube Premium and has become an even more gigantic hit since landing Netflix this past summer, has adapted that same mentality. Season 3 of this reboot smash is streaming today, and with an enjoyable storyline that culminates in an epic finale, it’s never too early to begin thinking about Season 4. Andwell, we have some great information: Season 4 is already very much in the functions.

Each season of Cobra Kai has performed something different for the franchise, which the founders have said is planned for at least a 5-6 season story arch. Season 1 introduced (or, in some cases, re-introduced) audiences to the characters, Season 2 enlarged upon these personalities, Season 3 revealed those characters in new situations and some cases gave us a backdrop. We do not know where Season 4 goes, but we understand we will see something fresh for the very first time: Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso completely working collectively.

And anyone who’s a fan of The Karate Kid, and has been following along with the first 3 seasons of Cobra Kai has got to be eager to see what is to come out of that.

Cobra Kai season 4 release date

Netflix hasn’t set a release date for Cobra Kai season 4 yet, but Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos told investors it will premiere in Q4 2021.

In October, showrunner Jon Hurwitz revealed on Twitter that the writers had finished all the scripts for season 4.

Now that filming is now finished, Cobra Kai isn’t the kind of series that needs a lot of special effects in post-production, therefore season 4 can turn around quickly and be prepared to premiere in October, November, or December 2021.

We know that the contract has already been signed that when the “Cobra Kai” students lose the tournament they will lose the academy forever. Hence the upcoming season will be a very crucial one. Will Kreese be able to prevent his life from getting shattered? The forthcoming installment will say all of it.

Who will be in the Cobra Kai Season 4 cast?

Considering how Season 3 plays out, it seems pretty safe to say that most if not all of our players will return. Cobra Kai isn’t Cobra Kai with no two main characters, Johnny Lawrence (Zabka) and Daniel LaRusso (Macchio). Also vital to the series are Miguel (Xolo Maridueña), Daniel’s daughter, Samantha, (Mary Mouser), wife, Amanda (Courtney Henggeler) along with Johnny’s son, Robby Keene (Tanner Buchanan), who are returning. Hawk (Jacob Bertrand) had a major change in Season 3, and will certainly return for Season 4 too. Sensei John Kreese (Martin Kove) is the series main villain, and so he’ll certainly be back soon. With Season 3’s appearance of Chozen and Ali, additionally, it is fair to speculate that which original film characters may finally make their returns–with the hints from Kreese’s military flashbacks, along with his telephone call at the end of Season 3, it sure sounds like Terry Silver (the villain from Karate Kid Part III played by Thomas Ian Griffith) will play a role.
