For Disney+, the company’s new streaming platform, a second Star Wars live-action series is on the way. Diego Luna, the rebel spy of Rogue One: A Star Wars Novel, will play the latest entitled series. He takes up his place as Cassian Andor. The new series will be shot in London next year in the early days of the uprising and before the Rogue One actions. Diego Luna is known for his character as Rogue One Cassian Andor, a spy on Revolt who organises a Death Star mission. And, while we should be conscious that in the film his character faces a terrible destiny, “There are tonnes of options to explore, it is the beginning of an uprising.” promises the artist in the teaser.
Cassian Andor Series: Release Date
No Set RELEASE DATE is currently available for the series. This year in London the untitled project will commence development, but it’s uncertain if all coronavirus shutdowns are going to continue. The artist Neal Scanlan, Longtime Star Wars, told the sources that work had begun before the shutdown. That’s the wonderful news right there but the safest thing is to expect that the series got a shift back. With all this in mind, the series should hit Disney+ by the middle of 2021.
Star Wars Cassian Andor Series Cast
The final talks with Cassian Andor set, according to Variety, include Stellan Skarsgaard and Kyle Soller. There are no specifics on the characters they will play in the series in the future.

The reprogrammed Imperial Droid ALAN TUDYK is re-enacting its function as K-2SO, the faithful sidekick of Cassian. GENEVIEVE O’REILLY will go back in a nice time to play her part as leader of the uprising MON MOTHMA. Her role as Vengeance of the Sith originated. In addition to these latest Rogue One cast members, DENISE GOUGH becomes a new character for the Disney+ season. This will complete the supporting cast into unspecified roles, by way of a range of STELLAN SKARSGåRD and KYLE SOLLER.
The Plot Of Cassian Andor
The definition above should be really exciting, based on the spy/assassin James Bond we saw from Cassian in Rogue One. Set in the politically grey setting of revolt, like Rogue One, it will be a more contemporary solution to the Interstellar Civil War than to the original trilogy’s black-and-white narratives. It remains to be seen how dark Disney goes with this series. Since his turn in Rogue One, Cassian hasn’t been in several other tales in Star Wars. In addition to a one-story Marvel comic involving both Cassian and his cynical Robot, K-2SO, there weren’t so many rebel histories researched. For this series, this will surely change.
Where To Watch Cassian Andor Season 1
Before going to Disney+ movie, watching (or rewatching) Rogue One will refresh Cassian on something happening. It is also a nice watch to the Mandalorian. Whilst the Star Wars series is about the period after the Jedi’s return, the Mandalorian may link back to the Andorian series. So, that’s all for today, keep following PhilSportsNews and stay tuned for recent updates.
