The following panel shows the fight between Noelle and Vanica. As the conflict continues, Vanica notes she got the same shivers when she battled Acier Silva, who’s Noelle’s mum.
A flashback scene starts showcasing Vanica up against Acier. Vanica goes after Acier but little Noelle who’s hiding in the bushes with Nozel starts yelling.
Vanica inquires about Acier if they are her kids. Later, she wonders why Acier has children as they get in the way and make her helpless.
But, Acier tells her that her kids make her stronger. Acier’s weapon moves directly through Vanica’s torso and she moans her with Curse-Warding Magic.
Vanica remembers the lethal experience with Acier and the way Megicula asked the former to run away. Now, Vanica is ready to select things from where they ended the previous moment.
Noelle screams at Vanica and tells her she did exactly what she had to but today she’ll cover it.
