Netflix renewed animated coming of age sitcom ‘Big Mouth’ for a season 5 and 6. The series is created by Andrew Goldberg, Nick Kroll, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett. It is based on the puberty story and upbringing of Andrew Goldberg and Nick Kroll.
As mentioned earlier Netflix has renewed the sitcom for a season 5 and 6 but the release dates have not been disclosed yet. Usually, Netflix releases new seasons of ‘Big Mouth’ yearly. The first season was released on September 29, 2017 and the 2nd one was released on October 5, 2018, similarly, the third and fourth seasons were released in July 2019 and December 2020. There was a delay in the premiere of the fourth season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
What Is The Show All About?
The show narrates the story of two early teenage boys in 7th grade named Nick Birch and Andrew Glouberman and their struggles with puberty. They go through a crazy yet comic journey related to the early onset of sexual desires. The teens have extremely sexual hormone monsters who drive them crazy. They are shoulder angels named Maurice who irritate the boys, Connie and mona who irritate the girls. They should without any hesitation discusses teenage sexual issues such as masturbation, ejaculation, first period, arousal etc.
Story
Season 4 of the animated show saw more news couples coming together. Jay and Lola have an epic time. Missy learns more about her heritage and embraces it. She was looking forward to date DeVon on a school trip, also, Matthew finally reveals to his parents about his homosexuality. The show introduced new monsters such as Tito the Anxiety Mosquito and the Gratitoad, also Shame Wizard and Depression Kitty.
Let’s hope that the boy’s Nick and Andrew get lucky and date someone.
