OperationNotSupportedException in Naming Listener

I tried to connect to active directory and set up a listener.   EventContext src = (EventContext)(new InitialContext(env).lookup("cn=Users,dc=mydomain,dc=com")); NamingListener listener = new SampleNCListener("nc1"); src.addNamingListener("", EventContext.ONELEVEL_SCOPE,listener);     I obtained the code of SampleNCListener from  http://docs.oracle.com/javase/jndi/tutorial/beyond/event/listeners.html   It throws an error saying :   nc1>>> SampleNCListener got an exception javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 12 - 00000057: Ld apErr: DSID-0C090747, comment: Err   More>>

src.addNamingListener("", EventContext.ONELEVEL_SCOPE,listener);

 

 

I obtained the code of SampleNCListener from  http://docs.oracle.com/javase/jndi/tutorial/beyond/event/listeners.html

 


It throws an error saying :
