I am trying to run JUnit Samples under Netbeans, and I am getting:

TestCase() is not public in junit.framework.TestCase. Cannot be accessed outside package.

TestCase is public, and I have junit.jar mounted in the Netbeans FileSystem?

I am not sure what setup I haven't done.

Anybody running JUnit under Netbeans ?

Anybody encounter the same message ?

I have made progress.

It seems that Netbeans works better if you take the junit src.jar file, un-jar it, compile all the Junit classes, and mount the location of the newly compiled classes in the Netbeans filesystem.

I am still not sure why Netbeans did not like junit.jar.
