Pop up menu in JSP

I want to know if it is possible to have pop up menu in JSP everytime a link is clicked. If yes how could it be done?

You can put a Javascript "onClick" event handler on the tag for the link, to do something when it is clicked. For instance you could popup a dialog box, asking "Are you sure?" with "OK" to proceed to navigate to the link, or "Cancel" to stay on the same page. But what do you mean by "pop up menu"?
