Hi

The stateless session bean is very easy:

First it doesn't exist (easy, huh?). Then ejbCreate() is called and the instance is placed in a instance pool (I guess it is called method ready pool?). Whenever a stateless session bean is needed/called, an instance is picked from the pool and put back after the method has finished. If ejbRemove() is called, then the instance will stop to exist (same "state" as in the beginning).
