Scrolling of source code not working in IntellijIDEA editor

When code using IntellijIDEA and if the code
runs more than 50 lines it shows the scroll bar but when i
scroll it, editor does not scroll down to last lines.

Very strange bug... What the version of your IDEA? I've checked the IDEA 2.6 and found it works well.
