ClassNotFoundException:HelloWorld.class...????

Iam fresher in J2ME , started helloWorld application and it is compiling well with build tab and in the settings when i see under midlet tab its class name also similar to the name of my java file. but when i run the application using run tab, iam getting emulator and when i click on the emulator its throwing exception on both emulator and toolkit saying classNotFoundException: HelloWorld.class. what could be the reason , please help me.. following is the exception showing on toolkit. You say "similar." I suppose they must be the same except extensions.
A file name must exactly correspond to the public class name in the file.
