Creating WSDL for methods exposed using Apache SOAP.

I had exposed several methods in my facade class using the Apache SOAP/Tomcat combo, and they work fine with Apache SOAP clients.

Are there any tools that help in generating the WSDL from my class or the Apache SOAP deployment descriptor so that its services are extended to non Apache SOAP clients?

In addition, although my current deployment descriptor for Apache SOAP seems to work correctly, how can I be sure? Are there any recommendation for defining namespaces, etc?

Thank you.

Basically, i had the same problem in reverse: i had to interface with a server writen as a COM object published via the Microsoft SOAP toolkit, from a Java client. The best information i found was other people's experience as described in the news, or the Axis-User mailing list archive.

Other than that, i also read the XML schema spec (i found several problems that way), and the latest SOAP spec.

My general finding was that Apache AXIS is a well behaved citizen and that it can be trusted as an authoritative source of info.
