Every hour or two, IDEA locks up my Windows 98 machine. I'm forced to ctrl-alt-delete, and kill the IDEA process to get my mouse back. Of course, killing the process isn't good -- several times I have lost my current IDEA settings as a result, and had to start over from scratch.
I suspect it is related to switching between active programs, but I'm not certain yet. Alternatively, it might be related to IDEA's periodic garbage collection/heap expansion.
Any ideas?
