I have installed Tomcat v4.17. When I attempt to log in from the Tomcat Web Server Administration Tool page, I get the following error:


"HTTP Status 400 - Invalid direct reference to form login page"


Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this?

I suppose you entered ".../path/login.jsp" or something similar. Try it without the login page (login.jsp or whatever).
