How to account for circular dependencies?

When compiling with ant, how can I account for circular dependencies? I'd like to tell ant to just go through my whole src directory instead of having to tell it which sub directories to go through first. Thanks.

Ant delegates to your Java compiler to compile, and circular dependencies are handled there. Use one task to compile your entire source tree and you should be fine.
