Is there any CC++ interface for monitoring swiftmq ? That is something corresponding to Cli Api (given in JAVA) ?
Through which we can configure swiftmq properties similar to what we can do with Cli or swiftmq explorer ?

Use the Java Invocation API:

You can invoke any Java class out of a C/C++ program so CLI.
