i think you no longer need some code for that. It might be in the settings only.

U can also ask/make them to disable this feature in the browser : In case they don't know how : go to the tools menu>options, select the content tab>click on input completion button, in the parameters dialog unselect the 3rd option (form user name & passwords) and finally click on erase passwords.

You should add the AUTOCOMPLETE="off" attribute to your form tag. This should do the trick.
