I am trying to monitor real time activities in the message queue (SwiftMQ 3.2). Is there any tool available which allows me to view messages received and sent by the message queue in real time? If not, what is the best way to achieve the task?

You can use the SwiftMQ Explorer. Queue activities are
shown under the node "Queue Manager Swiftlet/Usage".
