when i start my j2ee server like d:>j2sdkee1.3.1 in>j2ee -verbose after starting how i shutdown my j2ee server or how i can start my deploy tool in a same window.......

shut it down with Ctrl-C. you cannot open deploytool in the same window, you need to open it in another window.
