We have just purchased some licensed copies of SwiftMQ 3.2.0 but I cannot connect to them. The (initial) error is that the connectionfactories cannot be found. e.g., from Explorer, logging in gets a NamingException: Name "QueueConnectionFactory" not found (timeout occurred) There are no errors on startup: Booting SwiftMQ 3.2.0 Production ... ... startup: Trace Swiftlet ... startup: Log Swiftlet ... startup: Authentication Swiftlet ... startup: Threadpool Swiftlet ... startup: Timer Swiftlet ... startup: Network Swiftlet ... startup: Store Swiftlet ... startup: Queue Manager Swiftlet ... startup:    More>>

There are no errors on startup:

... startup: JNDI Swiftlet
... startup: JMS Swiftlet
... startup: Deploy Swiftlet
SwiftMQ 3.2.0 Production is ready.

and nothing in any logs (but I guess I would need to enable them in routerconfig.xml?)

This is an out-of-the-box install, with no changes.

I have an evaluation version (running in exactly the same environment) which runs no problems.

Any suggestions?    <<Less

Works here with both a clean tar.gz and zip distribution. just tested it. Seems there is something wrong in your env. Do you use Unix and may be have another smqr1 script in your PATH? There should also be something in the info.log from start up.
