"Connection Refused" from URL

Hi,

I am getting "Connection refused" when I try to connect to an xml file on HTTP server through Java Application but I can connect to the xml file from browser.

Does anybody have any idea?

That's also the error you get if you type in the wrong URL (ie accidentally typing a nonsense or otherwise defunct address), or if you leave off the protocol...might want to double check that. GL,

Proxy server setting? (browser may be using your proxy server; if so, the application needs to use it too)
