Hi,

I download Tomcat 4.0 binary. I follow steps in RUNNING.TXT file (guide) to install and run:

1. Install JDK and set an environment: JAVA_HOME.

2. Unpack the binary distribution into convenient location.

3. Start up Tomcat 4.0

But when I type:

   http://localhost:8080/

then following error message appear:

   "ERROR

     The requested URL could not be retrieved

     While trying to retrieve the URL: /

     The following error was encountered:

       Invalid URL

     Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:

       Missing or incorrect access protocol (should be `http://'' or similar)

       Missing hostname

       Illegal double-escape in the URL-Path

       Illegal character in hostname; underscores are not allowed "
