"Open diamond", what is this in UML context ?

Englinsh is foreign language for me. So, I can't understand what does it menan: aggregation, arrow or something else.

By 'open diamond' do you mean the unshaded one? An unshaded diamond indicates 'aggregation' and a shaded one means 'composition'.
