May you explain your question, please?
IDEA has a special feature called "Allow to place carret after end of line" from the IDE Options/Editor. It enable/disable the ability of cursor moving after the last character of line.
Have yo asked about this feature or whatever else?

When you install IntelliJ the default keymapping supports the 'end' key, witch will place the cursor at the end of the line...
