Hello All... We use Orbix Web 3.2 with JRun Pro 2.3.3 on a Solaris 2.6 OS. We act as client for the remote corba server and we call the ORB through the servlet. The problem is that when we call the ORB, a thread is created and is not being destroyed . Hence after significant number of calls, the JRun hangs because of huge amounts of live threads running in its JVM. We can see that the threads created for IIOP Connection are not getting killed and are persistent. This makes the JRun to stop responding after some time, and we have to restart the App server every couple of days. If someone has faced similar problem or if someone has any answer to this riddle, please respond to vinkolar@yahoo.com.    More>>
