I have installed IPlanet web server (English) in windows nt(English).I am able to display the JSP form values in browser which contains japanese characters. But I am unable to see any japanese characters retrieved from database(Oracle,with UTF-8).i can only see some ?? characters.But if i install the web server in a japanese NT machine I am able to do see them properly.How can I see as well do database transaction in japanese from an English NT machine.
