Try setting all the parameters like - Message Maximum, Bytes pending etc for QueueConnectionFactory and Queues to their maximum value.
Increase the memory for your java virtual machine.
You can do this by modifying the startWebLogic.cmd file (this is applicable for Weblogic 6.1 app server).
You have to modify the "java " command in this file which will be something like this -
"%JAVA_HOME%injava" -hotspot -ms64m classpath "%CLASSPATH%" ...
"%JAVA_HOME%injava" -hotspot -ms64m -mx512m -classpath "%CLASSPATH%" ...
Here we allow the JVM to use the maximum memory of our machine.
You must modify startWebLogic.cmd file inside the domain folder for which you are running your server(mostly it might be "mydomain").
