I have a jar, with two java classes. In IE, it work good, but in Netscape, no. The error is: java.lang.ClassFormatError: clases/ <#class1#> (Bad magic number) at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass0(Native Method) at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source) at java.security.SecureClassLoader.defineClass(Unknown Source) at sun.applet.AppletClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source) at sun.plugin.security.PluginClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source) at sun.applet.AppletClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(Unknown Source) at sun.applet.AppletClassLoader.loadCode(Unknown Source) at sun.a More>>

Q: Do the JavaMail APIs work in web browsers?
A: We have successfully run in the HotJava TM Browser and Internet Explorer. JavaMail APIs won't work in Netscape Communicator due to their restrictions on resources that can be accessed. (Although you can use the Java Plug-in with Netscape.) Note that JavaMail 1.2 has a bug that prevents its use in applets unless you modify the security configuration of the browser.
