Updating an XML file over JSP

I would like to update SOME elements in an XML file from JSP files, using Xerces. I'm using the set methods in Document/Element/Node classes, but the changes are not being saved when I serialize the XML document using XMLSerializer. Can someone please give me some advice as to how I should be doing this?

This is not a normal scenario. Put ur code on this site or send it at my email. I will see this and will try to solve ur problem.
