How can I, in java, take an XML-document as input, validate it against an xmlschema, and catch and collect eventual errors when validating. I would then like to display these errors in a proper manner for the user, and give him hints on where the errors did occur.
Where can I find further information about this ??

Sincerely, Peter

I'm pretty sure Xerces does Schema validation, so if you combine that with a custom error handler, you should be able to do this. Xerces is available at xml.apache.org.
