I'm using J2EE Server for application development..

Actually i'm having all the JSP pages in my application.

But i must required to incorporate some servlet files .

What is the Default Directory in J2EE to place the servlet
class files.


JSP pages i'm placing in PUBLIC_HTML Directory.
Can U help me in this..

Please, do yourself a favor by reading the Java Servlet Specification from Sun. It has an in-depth explanation of the concept of Web Applications. You will see that each application has a certain predefined directory structure, common accross all the servers.

applicationRoot/
for all the html, jsp, ... files
applicationRoot/WEB-INF
contains web.xml
applicationRoot/WEB-INF/lib
contains the jar files necessary to run your application (axternal libraries)
applicationRoot/WEB-INF/classes
