Use Case Model---How to show an actor ?

I have a process which is implemented using a batch program.
Batch program is initiated by the timer of the Operating system scheduler. What actor shall I show in the Use case model initiating the Use Case (Batch program).

I would probably use the timer as an actor in this case.
