Unable to add classes to class path - Urgent

I use to be able to right-click on the icon of my webapp, select 'Properties', then click on the 'Classes' tab, click on 'Add Classes' to bring out a dialog box for me to select the classes of my project to add.



But when I try it again this time, I can't seems to bring out the dialog box anymore. Anyone has a solution to it or facing same problem?

You can add the required classes/libraries to the project properties.
