I plan to test the TCP performance between two hosts.
1. How can I control the data rate between the two hosts?
2. How can I get the performance parameters of the current
connection? For example: the throughput, the dealy?
Thanks

Any decent sniffer should do that. Or TCPDump, but this will be much much harder...
