JDK: Sun 1.3.1_03

Hardware: Sun UltraSPARC 10

OS: Solaris 8


Cursor action happens with an n-space offset to the left of the
actual cursor position.
This seems to affect only quoted strings.
The font is set to default dialog 12.


Probably a font issue - I've seen similar stuff with JBuilder

Also, font tracking and kerning is off as well.
I'm trying to remember what the JBuilder fix for this was.
I think it involved a download of a more recent JDK.
But Sun's 1.3.1_03 *is* the latest (other than 1.4)
