From where the transactions start in the java card?

In the begining how the terminal sends message to the card?

What is the communication between the PC to the reader?

Where is the basic screen will come(like login screen)?

based on the nature of your questions, I believe you _should_ invest some of your personal time in reading a book about the technology. If after that you do have some specific questions about the technology, some people on this site will answer them with pleasure.
