when i set my classpath to use mail.jar , then i compile, error like below occur An exception has occurred in the compiler (1.3.0_02). And your point is?

Why not follow its instructions and report the bug?

When I periodically get this error I find that removing all of my class files and recompiling from scratch causes it to go away. For me, at least, it often seems to be related to the compiler getting confused about dependencies.
