Hi!

I'm having problems with keyboard input at configuration mentioned in subject. I had Idea-ariadna-609 installed and tried to carry on my work. Problem was that keyboard only responded by opening the menu items (ie. H opened the Help menu)

I installed newer version (615) and that one will not accept input any better. Actually I can't event type the registration code.

Anywhere else the keyboard works fine, so the problem is not mechanical (ie. that I would have malfunctioning Alt key). I typed this message with same computer.

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards:
Aapo

Hi!

I found information about similar problem with build 522 of idea. There the problem seemed to be with JDK1.3.x. Idea-ariadna-615 requires JDK1.3.x so using older jdk is not an option.

My current JDK is Sun Microsystems 1.3.1_02. Here's dump from java -version:

java version "1.3.1_02"

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.1_02-b02)

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.1_02-b02, mixed mode)
