Hi ,

I am not able to deploy the Web-services on WAS4.0 running on Windows-2000. One of my fellow collegue followed the same steps to deploy on WAS4.0 running on Windows NT.
The stpes followed are listed on IBM site.

Try using the Websphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD) if you have it... certainly will make life easier.
