How many windows can I have open at once in IDEA?

Hi


The IDE only seems to keep the last 10 windows used open - when you open an 11th window, it closes an earlier one.

Is this configurable - or just the way it is?

I am using 2.5.2 on NT4/jdk1.3.1_02

This is configurable.

Under Tools, IDE Option change the "tab limit" value under the editor node. It baffles me that the IntelliJ folks set this value so low and gave it such an obscure name (why not something like "open files"?).
