Hi,

I am developing a web-based
application.

The IDE i am using is Forte 4 Java
( Internet Edition ).

During the development,I do it at
my Desktop.

And the application running pretty
good at the Desktop.

When I try to demo my project to
the customer,I do it in Laptop.

I install all the related tools
(Jakarta-tomcat + JDK) at the laptop
except Forte 4 Java.

First,it runs quite good at the
Laptop.

But after i update(copy and paste
few times with the newer version of
source code,which i

had at the Desktop) into the
laptop,then problems occur.It is
very strange that it

still points to the old
files,though i already update with
the new version of source code.

After that i try to create a new
in server.xml
plus some others steps.

Then the Laptop can run fine
without the problem like pointing
to the old version files.

May i know what's wrong with that?
Is it the Tomcat Web-Server problem?

do you stop and start the tomcat server ? when you copy paste new class or jar files to classpath ?

delete the files in work directory if needed
